Pu casting machine

3. Complete with the water-cooling system, heating water tank and the machine fluid temperature control system.
4. Configured with a prepared material stand and an automatic intermittent fluid material feeding unit to feed in the material at a given time and quantity, which can adapt to the continuous production.
5. The casting head can automatically track and scan which ensure a uniform and even casting of PU fluid.

The machine presented is different from the normal fling cutting unit for the dimensions and the only type of cut which can be carried out. All the functions related to the cutting work are servo electronically controlled.
Also this cutting unit can be positioned within one soundproofing cabin and it can be equipped with one dust suction group. |

Double caterpillar machine

1. Double caterpillar machine is composed of upper and lower caterpillars, fluation unit and side orientation unit.
2. The high precision caterpillar conveyor is controlling with an infinite speed variable synchronous current converter.
3. Adopts automatic hydraulic fluctuation unit to make sure the thickness accurately.
4. It is equipped with the side orientation unit and side paper-feeding unit. The side-fed paper is barricaded by a damper to avoid the material leaking out and keep the sandwich panel have the required size.

Decoiler is made of a strong electro-welded steel sheet frame that supports mandrel, hydraulically expansible.
Machine is equipped with an hydraulically power pack, with a barking adjustable device for decoiling and with an electric switchboard and a push-button panel.
Coil car is made of steel, with hydraulic and electric movements.

The base of the roll forming machine is a very stout metallic structure, worked on machine tools, in order to create a plane surface for the profiling heads.
It is completed with a strip guiding and centering device at its entrance.
Before the introduction in the roll forming machine, the sheet is covered by a pvc film and treated with corona effect equipments for the perfect anchorage of the foam.

Color-steel Polyurethane Sandwich Panel Production Line
The rigid polyurethane virgin fluid is fed into the mixing hesd by PU casting machine dosage pump and uniformly cast onto the bottom steel panel which formed by the lower roll forming unit when well mixed . The it is fed to the laminating and Pressing conveyor together with the top steel panel which formed by the upper roll forming unit , where the PU is foamed and solidified into shape between the upper and lower chain-planks. The solidified sandwich panel is cut into the required length by an automatic tracker-cutter on the production line.
